Final Donation Amount!

Hello everyone, I am excited to announce we finally reach our goals! We received at least 50 unique donations and rounded off the community project with an absolute large sum of over $900. I had created a spreadsheet and calculated each item, ensuring that there is full transparency with every donation given. If you check out the end, you will see the finalized total. I am going to be posting more in a short bit, and they will include videos and photos of distributing these items to the classes for teachers, admins, and students. Thank you all for following this amazing journey, I could not have done it without y'all!

Week of 11/10/23

Neighborhood Drive Supplies

Hi everyone! I had a lot of weeks leading up to this event, before our final drop off event. I am so happy with the turn out of this neighborhood drive. I was able to raise over $250 worth of supplies. I am still calculating all my supplies in total, but that is the rough estimate! I am so proud with the community and I am ecstatic to see how far this project has come. I have to thank Brandi for being there for me and helping me out. She stayed with me for the whole duration, communicating with folks and even donating some supplies herself. I had so much anxiety when it came to this event since it took me so long to navigate the local neighborhood and give out pamphlets/flyers for neighbors that were interested. I think this paid off, and I still cannot fathom all the items we were able to receive. Of course, I will update everyone on my Amazon Wish List items that are continually coming in. My final drop off is still going to be the 15th of November, meaning we only have 10 days left! The project is still going strong, and I am so thankful for everyone following this project's journey. We have still so much to do!
